Girls 7/8 Lacrosse Directions
Directions to CARA Lacrosse Fields - Piggery Rd, Augusta
1. From Rt 95 South Take Exit 109 and bear right on
to Rt 202 East/Western Ave.
2. From Rt 95 North use Exit 109A, come around
off ramp and bear right on to Rt 202 East/Western Ave.
3. Go 1.5 miles then at the first traffic circle go
straight across onto Rt 201/202 (bridge across Kennebec River).
4. At end of bridge (second traffic
circle) take first right onto Stone St/Rte 17.
5. Go 0.5 miles then at first traffic light
turn left onto Eastern Ave/Rte 17.
6. Go 1.2 miles then turn right onto Cony
Rd.
7. Go 0.2 miles then turn right onto Piggery Rd.
8. Go 0.2 miles, parking for lacrosse is located on
right. CARA Youth Memorial Field is the smaller field off to the left of
the large soccer fields.

Take 295 N to exit 31 Topsham, at the end of the ramp turn
right onto Rte. 196.
Go straight through 5 Traffic Lights (not counting the light
you turn at) – 1st Light –Topsham Fair Mall, 2nd Light –
Rite Aid/Mallet Drive, 3rd Light – Dunkin Donuts/Gas, 4th
Light – Junction of 201, 5th Light – Entrance to The Highlands/Back
entrance Topsham Fair Grounds, at 6th
Light get into left lane for exit to Rte. 24, Follow exit to the stop sign, at
junction of Rte. 24 (also known as Middlesex) take a right, go approximately
500 feet, and turn left onto Foreside Road.
Go another ¾ of a mile and you will be at the Foreside Recreation
Facility. Parking is on the right hand
side of the road, or for Hillside (upper field, Lacrosse), park in the last Parking Lot
on the left. Please follow the
directions for the correct location of your event;
Hillside Field – (commonly referred to as the Upper Field)
can be reached by walking up over the sliding hill, or if you park in the Left
Hand Parking lot, by following the new path through the woods and following the
foot path to the field. The Lacrosse
Field and a Baseball Field are located on Hillside. (Handicap access can be reached through the
Arbor Avenue neighborhood which is off of Rte. 125, please call for more

REMINDER FOR T-BALL PARENTS! This Saturday (4/16) is the last week for t-ball. All sessions will be held at the field (LAP) behind the Armory. If it is raining please come inside, through the Double "A" doors in the back of the armory.
